How To Fix Norton’s ongoing online vault login issues?
ERROR #1: A network error is preventing access to your vault" appears when you log in to Identity Safe online vault in Norton
If a user is facing vault access
issue, it is primarily caused by system problem or outage. This error generally
occurs because of unstable network connectivity. Instability in network
connectivity also happens if your system goes into hibernation mode. Check
whether the Internet connectivity is properly installed or not and also analyze
signing in the identity Safe website.
If you have an older version
Norton or you do not know your product version, visit Norton Update Center.
Step 1: Follow these steps to set up the current version of Norton.
1: Open a web browser.
2: Try to connect to the

gets connected to the website, proceed to the next step.
If the connection fails, make

Step 2: Logout from your Norton account

account' option, insert your crypt password and click Open.

A longer password would be helpful to keep your account safe.

Includes Numerical values, Symbols, Upper-Case Letters and
Lower-Case Letters

Choose a unique password which should not be easy to guess.
4.
Try to mix up digits, symbols and alphabets—for
example, “Pasta&DrinKs$101”
6: In the Sign in window, insert
your Norton account password and Sign In.
7: In the Vault Closed window,
enter your vault password and Open.
If the error still occurs,
proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: Check your online Norton vault access
1: Visit the Norton Identity Safe
website.
2: Log in with your registered
Norton email address and password.
3: In the Open your vault window,
insert your online vault password and click on Open Vault.
If you can access your online account from Norton's Identity Safe website, wait for an hour and then try signing in to the Identity Safe from your current version of Norton product.
